Good for you Jeremiah!! Sounds wonderful! Did you make the Herbs de Provence yourself (I have a great recipe!) Just make sure the milk you’re buying is pasteurized.
I demand that you make me fingerling potatoes with black truffle oil next time you are in town.
They were delicious……. if you dont own a bottle of truffle oil I FULLY suggest you go out and invest in one asap. It has so much flavor only a few drops enhances any dish.
P.S. I am ordering Foie Gras off the internet soon since no one in Pittsburgh sells any. I can buy Black Truffles at my local Giant Eagle. I do see a super fancy dinner in my near future lol.
