Lamb Stew with fresh mint and rosemary…..
I have been wanting Lamb a lot lately and finally got my wish. I had my butcher cube up a lamb shoulder and he did a wonderful job and only charged me $5.49 a pound so I was very happy.
I made it with Lamb Shoulder, Yukon Gold Potatoes, Baby Carrots, Pearl Onions, Peas, Garlic, Sea Salt, Crushed Pepper,Fresh Mint, Fresh Rosemary, Organic Chicken and Vegetable Broth.
We also had some awesome rolls with the stew.
Dessert yet to be determined lol.
Lamb is such a wonderful tasteing beast. If you are in the mood for something different and are tired of chicken or beef or pork….. give lamb a try but make sure you buy from a butcher if you can so you know it is more than likely fresh and not packaged with preservatives.
